I have lived in Britain for 15 years. During this time I completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at a British university, got to know and love the country and its people and absorbed the language in all its many facets.

Profound understanding of the language and culture

After re-locating to Germany, I still make frequent visits back and at present have a location in both countries. Being equally at home in each country allows me to keep my finger on the pulse of developments in the language and culture of each of these fascinating societies.

• Certification as per DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. This means, for example, standardised procedures, work based on an internal glossary and texts checked by a native-speaker. QM certification allows my provision to be seamlessly integrated into the Quality Management System of your company.
• Membership of the Bundesverband der Dolmetscher und Übersetzer (BDÜ) (German Association of Interpreters and Translators). This provides the benefits of the Association's excellent training program and seminars for the profession.
• Status as state-examined translator and interpreter, sworn in by the Freiburg Regional Court.
